Job Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services to existing clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients
- Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, account performance, and sales activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
