10 years went out very fast.When I was only 7 baba left us.I don't know how these 10 years went out. In 2009 I was only 7 and I was in class 1 only and my brother was only 11. We siblings were so small. In 25 Feb 2009 morning baba went for darbar when I was sleeping and for this I don't even say goodbye to him. Just 3 months ago he was transferred in the hq of BDR. When he left us I was like who will treat me like my baba. But There were so many ups and downs which things are handled by me and my family.. These 10 years were very difficult honestly.. Life without your baba is very difficult.I wonder how a soldier who learnt everything from my baba and his fellow officers, could fire on his boss.i don't know how he could?but he did without any hesitation.I don't want anything about this but those soldiers should get a proper punishment that's all I want.

Lt Col Sazzad,died serving his own nation as an ADOS in HQ BDR.He was the best father for me and I am proud to call myself his son. Keep my father in your prayers.

Though this won't change anything, I still remember the two days. Far worse than a nightmare. I don't know or I do know why this day is not given much importance nowadays by us. All I can do is pray for their brave souls and punishment of their killers. It's been ten years now but I still can't digest it.

Sir, you will remain as the Great Hero, as an Exceptional and role Model for us. We will remember you and cherish your words in our hearts. Hats off to you , Sir , the living legend for all of us. Thanks a lot for supporting us, encouraging us, for being the shade to protect us , for guiding us just like a father. We will Miss you so very much.....

কারাগারে বন্দি জীবনের একাকীত্বের মাঝে একের পর এক গণমানুষের মুক্তির চিন্তার ছবি আঁকেন তিনি মনে মনে। তাঁর অন্তরদৃষ্টি ছুটে বেড়ায় বাংলার এ প্রান্ত থেকে সে প্রান্তে। নিজ মাতৃভূমি এবং একই সঙ্গে বিশ্ব রাজনীতির গতি-প্রকৃতিও প্রবলভাবে নাড়া দেয় তাঁর অন্তরকে। পুঙ্খানুপুঙ্খ রূপে ভাবেন পরিবেশ পরিস্থিতি এবং এর অনুষঙ্গ নানা ধরনের মানুষকে নিয়ে।
অনেকে মনে করে, ১৯৭৫ সালের ১৫ই আগস্ট বঙ্গবন্ধুর ব্যক্তিগত শত্রুরা তাঁকে সপরিবারে হত্যা করেছিল। আসলে সেদিন ঘাতকরা শুধু একজন শেখ মুজিবকেই হত্যা করেনি, তাদের লক্ষ্য ছিল একটি রাষ্ট্র তথা বাংলাদেশকে হত্যা করা। তারা সাময়িকভাবে কিছুটা সফলও হয়েছিল।
