Webinar on "Why Web 3.0?"

"Web3" has evolved into a catch-all word for the notion of a new evolution of the Internet. Decentralization sits at its heart with a promise to return ownership and authority to Internet users. The buzzwords "Metaverse", "Blockchain", ”Crypto” & “NFT” have been floating around for a while & many of us are still skeptical about what these words mean for our work, businesses & future.

Should we even bother understanding these concepts? Even if we know the concepts and their use cases, is a decentralized network really a silver bullet to all the problems we have now?

With Crypto & NFTs being the face of Web3, there’s much more to this space than meets the eye. This space is still early in its evolution, and there is a massive difference between predicting that decentralized networks should win and that they will win.

We're arranging an open platform to reflect on some of these commonly misunderstood concepts and spark discussions, discourse, and debates around decentralization and brainstorming on how businesses can utilize this Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) technology to transform and thrive in the near future.

Inception of Mindcraft Labs.

Mindcraft Labs is the brain child of some like minded, technology enthusiasts, who decided to give something back to the community. We have always talked about how more people should know how to code, how more people should be given the proper enlightenment on the existing technologies and how they should familiarize themselves with them in order to do “more”. We have met tons of people of all ages who wants to learn skills like graphics designing, robotics, building mobile applications and websites. In addition to that, we have met so many people who want to learn how to freelance. However, we’ve seen them struggle to find proper resources or the idea of where to start from. So we decided to start Mindcraft Labs, with a view to providing such skills and act as a medium through which individuals can properly learn what interests them. Wrapped in an efficient syllabus ranging from beginner level to advanced level, our courses implement the “learn by doing” methodology , offered by instructors who know their specific fields well.
