A hundred percent Chilanga is somebody born and raised in Mexico City. I had the opportunity to learn all the techniques and secrets from the best cookers, “My family.” My Grandmother, parents, uncles, and aunts shared their recipes, ingredients, smells, and colors with me, making Mexican cuisine rich.
