We revisited the vineyard located basically in our backyard Boechout. 8 friends, 4 vineyards with different micro climates and soils to produce many different wines. They focus on producing biodynamic clean natural wines. We tried sparkling, white, wood layered white and orange wines. We visited the Cruysem vineyard in Kruisem. Traditional grapes, chardonnay, pinot noir, pinot meunier and pinot blanc. Only sparkling wines are made, according to the traditional method. The soil consists of sandy loam, with iron sandstone in the underlayers, which provides minerality in their wines.
