We explored the local food preferences of Ghanaian tourists and the vibrant world of food festivals, all while uncovering the essence of destination identity. Harnessing the power of generative AI in hospitality management opened up exciting possibilities, while our taste buds danced to the rhythms of African gastronomy. Sipping and savoring non-alcoholic aperitifs with Flemish start-ups was a delightful twist, and our special ride through contemporary Italy provided a fresh perspective on tourism.
