Work on my album is progressing well. So far I've written and recorded 6 new songs and I want to share with you one of the bits I'm most excited about: a heavily 70s classic rock influenced guitar and organ solo, with the obligatory Jon Lord style arpeggio run. This is from a song called Prometheus, based on a poem by Goethe. Excited to share the finished album with you, but I couldn't wait giving a peek into this track.

Sneak peek of what I've been working on this weekend! I laid down the basic skeleton for the album opener, Face Down in the Beans. I got a little too enthusiastic recording the bass and got myself a huge blister, so I'll have to add more guitar parts next time. The rest is pretty much there!
