Outside: 70% dark chocolate
Inside: 72% dark chocolate ganache

Bitter but creamy, soft, smooth, no conservative, not too sweet 🤤

Inspired by a really tasty ice-cream, this praline was made with Thai coconut powder, Vietnamese cashew praliné, imusify with cream and chocolate.... Nutty, creamy, slightly fruity nuance 😋

A little reminder for those who wants to enjoy my chocolate delights this Christmas 😊

Nuts were freshly bought from BIO shop, praliné will be homemade for the first production starting from this weekend! ♥️

The second most exciting part is to demould and see the result 😍
