SMOOTH RECIPE Alert! 👩🏻🍳🌱👨🏻🍳 Garlic Fusion Pasta, a seasonal recipe that’s effortlessly delightful and packed with creamy garlic goodness. Ingredients for 4: • 1 butternut squash • 1 SMOOTH GARLIC FUSION • 400g pasta • 2 onions • 4 cloves of garlic • ± 400ml vegetable broth • Paprika powder • Oregano • Chili powder • Fleur de sel • Freshly ground pepper Instructions: 1. Arrange the garlic cloves, peeled and chopped butternut squash, and roughly chopped onion on a baking sheet. Season with paprika, oregano, chili powder, and sea salt. Drizzle with olive oil and mix well. 2. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 200°C, until the vegetables are soft and tender. 3. Set aside a few pieces of squash. Blend the remaining squash with garlic, onion, and SMOOTH GARLIC FUSION. Gradually add vegetable broth until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. 4. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. 5. In a skillet, sauté the cooked pasta with the sauce and a small ladle of pasta cooking water, mixing well. 6. Add the reserved pieces of squash and season with pepper to taste. Optional: Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
