Back to our summer break now…🏝️

But still looking back…2 weeks ago we had the last competition of the season at our own rink! We had a blast at the Ice Crystal Trophy! ❤️⛸️

Looking back to the last competition abroad a few weeks ago: Trophée des hauts de france in Valenciennes 🇫🇷⛸️

Last week of our season started and we will end next weekend with our own Ice Crystal Trophy! 🥳 Looking forward to compete one last time in front of our family and friends at our home rink! ❤️⛸️

Already more than a week ago… 💭
Team Crystallice, team Fireflice and team Ice Fever also officially started the new season with their first competition. ⛸️

On 2-3 March all teams travelled to Widnau for the Swiss cup! Swisscup Widnau 🗻🌲🇨🇭What a great weekend on this beautiful location! Proud to represent our country here and meeting all new teams we haven’t met before. 🤩

Now we go back to work for the next competions this season, but this weekend we will first have some fun on our annual gala show in Ghent! ⛸️💕

Weekend wrap up…✨
After Loena and Nina getting the gold 🥇 and bronze 🥉medals in Kaunas at the EK. We also earned some medals at Lumiere Cup in Eindhoven, the first competition of the season! 💪🏻

Adult team Iceclusif was on the highest stage again, first place 🥇! Congrats to team Blue Ice Sparkles 🇩🇪, nice to compete against you in this thight race!

Novice team The Ice Cubes became second 🥈in a competion with 4 teams! Congrats to Les Flammes 🇫🇷, team Illuminice 🇳🇱 and Ice Sparkles 🇵🇱.

Kicking off the new season! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Last weekend, we had our annual training camp in Dunkerque! 2 days of fun in France🇫🇷. We got back on the ice together, working on our skating skills and synchro techniques⛸️. We enjoyed both the ice and the sun 🌤️.

A special thanks to Peter Delannoye who gave us a very interesting rithme class 🥁🎶.

Now getting back to work off-ice and counting down the days our ice rink opens again… 2️⃣4️⃣ days to go. 💕

It’s been 2 weeks now… 2 weeks since the last day of this season 😢, 2 weeks since the one competition we love the most! 💕Ice crystal trophy gave us so much joy and also some very nice scores!

All 5 teams became Belgian Champions! 🏆🎉👏🏻 and on top of that we also placed great internationally! ⛸️

First competition of the new year!! 🙌🏻 All 5 competitive teams of our club Gentse Schaatsclub Kristallijn GSK went to the Coupe Auguste Perret in Le Havre, France! 🇫🇷 New programs were revealed for most of the teams, they all gave their best performances and enjoyed their time there! Looking forward to the next trip to France! ⛸️🤍 Trophée hauts de France…

That’s a wrap! Season 22-23 has started! 💥💥 Last saturday, all 5 competitive teams had the chance to show their brand new program to friends and family and 2 enthousiast guest judges. Even though our rink opened one week later than usual and some teams only just finished a week ago, they were all able to do a full run! 👍🏻 Our coaches got some good feedback and we can now go back to work, looking forward to the first real competition. Thank you judges!

The senior team Crystallice will go to the Lumiere cup in Eindhoven in just a few weeks. Adult team Iceclusif, junior team Ice Fever, mixed team Firefl’ice and novice team The Ice Cubes will all join the seniors with the next competition in Compiegne! 🤩

And last but not least, our juvenilles will show their new program to Sinterklaas coming saturday!

EINDELIJK!!!!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻Na iets meer dan 2 jaar was er nog eens een synchro wedstrijd! 🎉Een hele tijd oefenen en toewerken naar dit moment en wat hebben we hier allemaal zo van genoten! Op de Trophée des Hauts de France in Valenciennes behaalden we 2x 🥈 en 2x 4e plaats! 🤩Op naar de volgende wedstrijd: Ice Crystal Trophy!

FINALLY! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻After more than 2 years we had a synchro competition again! 🎉A long time, we were practicing and working towards this moment and how we enjoyed every second! In Valenciennes at Trophée des Hauts de France we gained 2 silver medals 🥈 and 2 times a fourth place! 🤩On to the next: Ice Crystal Trophy!

Olympische winterspelen in Beijing! Dan zijn we toch altijd fier om ook aan wintersport te doen! We wensen onze 🇧🇪 atleten een super toffe tijd, wat een fantastische ervaring! Extra duimpjes voor onze schaatsers Bart Swings Sandrine Tas - Speedskater de smet de smet

Wat was dit een supertoffe ervaring 🤩 na de lockdowns en alle geannuleerde wedstrijden kon Team Crystallice deel uitmaken van de nieuwe videoclip van Galine. De titel van haar nieuwe song was dan ook zeker van toepassing! “We’re a team“💕 ook een super gelegenheid om onze sport in de kijker te zetten! 💪🏻⛸

How amazing was this experience🤩 after the lockdowns and all the cancelled competitions team Crystallice was able to participate in de new music video of Galine! The title of her new song says enough! “We’re a team” 💕 also a great opportunity to show our amazing sport to a greater audience! ⛸💪🏻

Na bijna één jaar zonder ijs, konden we gisteren eindelijk onze nieuwe küren tonen aan familie, vrienden en jury’s! ✨ Op onze eigen ijsbaan hadden we een simulatiewedstrijd, kledij, make-up, alles erop en eraan! Danku coaches 💕danku jury voor de feedback 🧐, danku vrienden en familie voor het aanmoedigen!🙏🏼

After almost one year without skating, yesterday was the first time we could show our new programs to family, friends and some judges! ✨At our own ice rink, a simulation competion was held where we could ware our shiny dresses, do our hair and make-up💪🏻Thank you coaches for the support💕thank you judges for the feedback 🧐 and thank you family and friends for the cheer! 🙏🏼
