The Bronx in the city centre of Ghent, luckily it's our delicious bunner: 2 layers of Irish Angus beef, smothering cheddar cheese, crispy iceberg lettuce, gherkins, tomato, crispy onion & secret Babu sauce. Traveling became a route of (re)discovering flavours, returning to homebase packed with inspiration for a new restaurant: Babu. As by accident the Babu Bunner was created: the best of the Eastern steamed bun and of the Western grilled burger. Babu jumpstarted in '21 and is reopening this weekend in a new cosy jacket. Pull up a chair, swing your head on the dj's beat, order that next drink and wait for the sizzling sound of your bunner on the grill!
