I got a late Christmas present from : a book to stimulate my love for a good business challenge and one to stimulate my passion for (Motown)music. The perfect illustration that I’m after all this years still stuck in the middle. My 2024 ambition: to find a good balance between these 2 energizers of mine. Sometimes life is a b****. You record a song. And 2 days later, before you release it and anyone can hear it, you die. But it becomes your biggest hit ever. That’s what happened with Otis Redding and his song Sitting on the dock of the bay. I am inspired by the emotion he included in every word he sings. I wish I could do the same.

Welcome to my page! My name is Izzy. Four letters. Easy to remember.
Nice to get in touch. I make music while I live my life. And I am
happy to share that with you right here. What can you expect?

Big dreams.
Music was my first love and it will be my last. So I am chasing my
childhood dream by trying to bring my music to the world: being on the
radio, performing as a festival headliner, receiving an award as a
songwriter and artist. Ambitious? Yes. Will it be easy? Not at all.
And I know that they say that the journey is more important than the
destination. But it would be so nice to get there. Life is long enough
to try to do everything that you want.
How would I describe my music? Every song on earth is a (good)
combination of rhythm & melody. My songs as well. But I always like to
add some personal lyrics and a soulful vocal. Always. The challenge is
to find the right balance between all these ingredients. Sometimes I
prefer an energetic rhythm for dancing. Other times I focus on a sweet
melody for some romancing. Or the other way round. I call it
electropop. Inspired by the eighties. Brought to you in the 21th
Century. A bit of The Weeknd. A bit of Depeche Mode. And so much more.
But I leave it up to you to listen and tell me what you think about
it.

My life is music. And music is life. I consume music for the full
100%: the lyrics, the melody, the way it is composed. I love it. And I
don’t care about the genre. Prince. Billie Eilish. Bruno Mars. Foo
fighters. Music is the soundtrack of my mood. I listen to music all
day long. And Shazam is one of my most used apps. It is my partner in
crime to discover new songs. In a restaurant, on the dance floor, in a
fashion store or wile watching Netflix. I would love to share some of
these discoveries with you. Maybe you’ll know them already but it is
just nice to hear them again. Because it brings back long lost
memories, positive vibes or other emotions. Or maybe you won’t know
them yet. But you are surprised by the lyrics, a catchy tune or the
seducing groove. And sometimes music offers you life hacks, tips and
tricks. When words don’t come easy, say it with a song. Because music
is the answer to your problems.
And nothing but good vibes.
I make music while I live my life: I go to work every day, I go out
and hang out with my friends, take my wife to a nice restaurant or
goof around with my kid. Some of the places I go or things that happen
to me are too nice or too funny to keep them to myself. So I’ll share
them here. Maybe you’ll find some inspiration here for a night out,
a lazy Sunday or a weekend escape. Or just a 5 seconds social media break
that puts a smile on your face.
