I actually found this website very helpful, this particular video shows about their poster maker, great tool to make your posters. All you have to do is give your url or pdf files, it will do the rest. Check out the video for more details.

Office 365 Download Steps - Students With Official Email Id From Their University
Hey Guys,
A lot of you have inquired about how to download or use Office 365 to avail some amazing benefits that PowerPoint offers. So please follow these steps and check if your university offers a free license or not.
Step 1: You need to have an official email address by your university i.e. ([email protected] or with your university domain )
Step 2: Click on this link (https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/education/products/office) and enter your email address by your university in the given space where prompted.
Step 3: If your university has access, they will send a link to your email and you can simply download from there.
