(NW Fresno) What happens when you get a lot of rain all at once. The ground gets over saturated and with back to back storms no time to dry out. Once more rain comes the ground can not adbsorb it leading to flooding and downed trees even without high wind. More flooding rain will move in this weekend and even more into Monday-Tuesday.

Wind ramping up in Hanford ahead of that major storm. Expecting gusts around 20-30 mph by late tonight for the South Valley. Still expecting the highest wind and heaviest rain late tonight.
