Spirit Free Irish Cream
150ml Double Cream or dairy alternative
50ml Evaporated Milk
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tbsp Instant Coffee
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

0.5oz Vanilla Syrup
5oz Cold Brew Coffee

Bar Cart Basics : Non-Alcoholic Options!
It takes minimal effort to be inclusive. Add an interesting non-alcoholic option to your bar cart for those days when you’re not feeling like hitting the sauce or if you have company over that chooses not to imbibe.
These non-alcoholic agave based cocktails are DELICIOUS! Perfect addition to my Bart cart ✨
Classics On The Couch : AVIATION
You either love it or hate it. The Aviation is a classic gin cocktail that gets a ton of its characteristic floral flavour from the use of violet liqueur. If you enjoy thrills gum, you’ll love this drink!
Aviation
2oz Gin
0.5oz Maraschino Liq.
0.25oz Crème de Violette
0.75oz Lemon Juice
Coffee Bean Rosita ☕️
A small adaptation on an adaptation.
The natural oils of the coffee beans add a nice hint of coffee flavor without over powering the end result. Use the coffee again or dry them out and grind them for a cup of coffee!

1.5oz Reposado Tequila
0.5oz Dry Vermouth
0.5oz Sweet Vermouth
0.5oz Campari
Angostura Bitters
Poured over Coffee Beans
Margarita 🤙🏼 or Tequila Daisy
You can’t go wrong with a tasty margarita. Here’s a recipe I like to use when making them at home.
Margarita
1.5oz Blanco Tequila ()
0.5oz Blue Curaçao ()
0.5oz Vanilla Bean Syrup
1oz Lime Juice
Pinch of Salt
Orange Coin
Banana Oleo! 🍌 A very appealing “zero” waste approach to using your banana peels.
This oleo is delicious and super versatile. It’s also a great way to extend the life of what you would normally throw away or compost.
Banana Oleo
2 banana peels
2cups of sugar
Add to a ziplock bag or jar and let sit for 48 hours
-
Add finished oleo to a sauce pot
1cup water
Simmer for 10 minutes
Strain
