Let it all in, a story.
When you're actually ready to forgive yourself for being happy even then it's not gonna be easy. 'You do not just wake up and become the butterfly' I read this somewhere long ago and I still think about it in my hardest times. People say that everything will be just fine, just give it sometime and you'll be alright. But the truth is that you're scarred for life. So yes the cut's too deep and it's gonna leave a scar but you cannot heal if you keep pretending that you aren't hurt. It's a very slow process but quitting could never help speeding it up. At the end of the day we actually can endure much more than we thought we could. So, it's really okay if you were wrong to even think that you were ready that you were ready to forgive for basking in the sun. It's okay to fall down yet again. It's okay if sometimes memories sneak out of your eyes and roll down to jaws. It's absolutely fine. But just remember that you are the only designer of your own catastrophe and felicity. So, stop trying to calm the storm. Work with yourself, the storm will pass.

Everything, in time.
