No One Behind Project is inspired by the UNGA principle of Leave No One Behind (LNOB) .
Let's take a closer look at the LNOB principle.
On Friday 19 April, a member of Inforef met the Interra association.
Created in 2019, Interra is a non-profit organisation that aims to change the perception of immigration, seeing it not as a constraint but as an advantage for society.
Their ambition is to facilitate participative and innovative interactions between new arrivals and locals, showing them skills and the knowledges of each, with the following objectives :
- Improve mutual understanding;
- Establish beneficial and enriching relationships for all;
- Strengthen social cohesion;
- Enhance the value of each person.
We are very happy with Interra's enthusiasm for our 'No one behind' project, and their agreement to test the platform developed in this context.
Inforef attended the conference “Social economy, a driving force for social and green transition” delivered by Sybille Mertens (advisor of the rector of the University of Liège for green and social transition), in an event organised by HELMo’s UR REaL Lab (Research in Economics and Law Laboratory).
