Who wants to get creative this summer. And all while using what you have at home. The BSAA does a summer art project where we take random subjects and create an art piece (using whatever media you want). You can choose one, some or all of the subjects and then create one or more art pieces. All the participants are encouraged to bring any or all of their finished creations to the September meeting to show them off to all the other artists at the meeting. This is just a fun project to keep everyone arting over the summer while we are not having monthly meetings!!! IT'S JUST FUN, FUN, FUN, come on let's play!!!!
And don't forget about the workshops we are doing over the summer as well!

I'm so proud of my work this year. I placed 1rst in Photography, 2nd in Acrylic and 3rd in 3D. My Mixed Media piece didn't place but I'm proud of it too!!! 😊

Today is your last opportunity to come to the Heritage Museum to see the BSAA Miniature Art Show. We will have a small reception at 3pm today, if you want to meet some of the artists and purchase a one of a kind piece of artwork. These artists worked hard and did an amazing job on these pieces. Just a little change!

From this gently used colorful dresser my good friend Sandee Lockhart gave to me, to my newest most favorite piece of furniture!!! I haven't decided if I'm done with it yet, might sling some paint still!!!
