At Christmas Eve, we finished installing a new hydraulic installation, replacing an old HPU that powered a hydraulic press.
Some specs :
- 0 to 220 Bars with a power regulated variable piston pump.
- 0 to 472 lpm of flow delivered to the cylinders.
- Modular installation : consisting of 3 parts in order to get the installation in the basement.
- Custom bent piping and flanges to the cylinders.
This makes the two 320mm bore cylinders make their 65mm stroke in less than 1,5 seconds!
Using a custom designed manifold block, we were able to limit the amount of valves and the extra programming for the installation.
