Souhaitant évoluer et prendre des responsabilités. Créatif et passionné par son activité.
Boulanger(ere) sachant travaillé au levain, avec des connaissances en panification de « blé ancien » connaissance des longues fermentations.
Savoir travailler en équipe, respecter et planifier la production.
