Had a blast working with both of you this morning! I couldn’t be happier bringing this work to life! After both major and minor revisions to the work after its premiere in Serbia back in October, Katarina and I are so excited to share this new work for saxophone and live electronics to the world! ❤️🎷

This has been an incredibly successful year for my career and I am so happy with the momentum in which things are going! Next year won’t be any slower nor easier but that’s exactly as I like it! ✈️😜

Today at 20h CET / 2pm EST my darling collaborators in the Ensemble du Bout du Monde and I will give the video premiere of Chaya Czernowin's magnificent "IRRATIONAL." Originally written for the NY ensemble loadbang, this arrangement was made by Adi Snir at the bequest of Chaya. This arrangement was commissioned by and dedicated to EBM. It has been a pleasure performing this new piece for saxophone quartet and presenting it all around Europe!

Always lovely times performing, recording, and working with .saxo ! In the pursuit of having a very complete picture of my PhD research, I am calling on all saxophonists, composers, and really anyone that has any leads on repertoire using saxophone without mouthpiece techniques. I have a sizeable database already; however, I will surely have missed pieces that I haven't discovered yet , newly written works, etc.

Today I implore all of you to go listen to this recording…not just because I am on it and that I have already an excellent review by Lei Liang…but because after having listened to the whole CD through this morning, I am again captured by the sound world of the incredible Yotam Haber! The colors, textures, melodies, brutal narratives and intimate refuges, and treatment of instruments and what he is able to get out of all of them/us…I could go on and on. I am honored to be on this impressive album with his magical work that he wrote for me. “Resistance” is still one of my favorite pieces to date!
