Hasselt isn't just the capital of flavors, it can easily be called the "jenever" capital. Hasselt Gin is a traditionally distilled spicy gin with one of the most important flavors being (of course) juniper and rowan, flanked by spicy coriander. A hint of ginger and a subtle taste of lemon, to give it that extra push.
