Did what I came to do - smash the all time all fed UK 56kg squat record whilst competing as a junior (22 years old) ๐ช๐ผ which is also a GPC world record ๐๐ผ BUZZED!! ๐ฅ
All weighed in, fed and at the hotel - canโt wait to compete and do my thing tomorrow ๐ช๐ผ
