Mental Health Awareness Month. 🧠

Something that is extremely important to us all year round but in May we held extra initiatives to help remove the stigma.

Here’s what we got up to👇

💡 In Prishtina, Klinika "Empatia" presented an eye-opening workshop on managing mental health in the workplace, the process of therapy, as well as addressing the social stigma around mental health.

💭 That Day returned to deliver two sessions, 'Taking Charge: Embracing Personal Responsibility + Resilience with ACT' and a meditation session to calm the nervous system and quieten the mind.

💆‍♀️ In-office massages were made available in Chicago and Bogota, where we also hosted mindfulness workshops.

🎗 Happiness Project, a Chicago-based organization that brings awareness to mental health, offered freebies to the team to help them manage their mental health + raise awareness.

💪 Анна Жукивская - Психолог/Anna Joukivskaia - Psychologist, GMBPsS hosted, 'What we learn about ourselves in the context of change' in our Sofia office.

🚶‍♀️Finally, we encouraged our Kin to switch to walking meetings where possible and go for lunchtime walks.
