PGGMB School

Year 1 Eminent have done their end-of-school mid term ocean project during their Arts & Craft lesson, guided by their class teacher. This activity aims to boost students’ creativity and increased awareness about the oceanic environment. 🐢🐠🦑🐡🦀🦞🦐

Today the year 1 students are doing science experiment for topic: plants. The objective of this hands-on learning experiment is to increases student engagement and knowledge retention. This experiment also nurtures students love for green and sustainable environment. 🌍

We would like to thank the representatives from Master Study Program of Elementary Education, Faculty of Education Universitas Negeri Surabaya of Indonesia for conducting their community project on Ethnoliteracy and Ethnonumeracy in elementary school in Multipurpose Hall, PGGMB Sg Akar. We appreciate the opportunity of sharing your experience and knowledge about Ethnopedagogy which will be beneficial for our students here in Brunei 🇧🇳

The two days First Aid workshop for teachers from all PGGMB branches including Day Care has been successfully conducted by the certified occupational health professionals from Klinik Dr Amir. The workshop has also provided an opportunity to delve deeper into the technicalities of First Aid. Congratulations to Cg Wahida and Wani for being First Aid certified, representative for PGGMB Sg Akar School.

Today, Year 1 Eminent students are making tree during their Arts subject, tree- using palm of hands and leaves- using their fingerprints. This art sessions aims to nurture their own creativity that centered to their Science subject topic “plants.” 🌲🌳
