Many in the hotel, security, and food store industry are being treated poorly at their workplace. Some work in inhumane and intolerable environments. Sadly, when they complain, it is ignored, they are forced to resign, or they are dismissed from the job. Well, this is unfair and unjust. We at BACA Bahamas can help. If you are one of these persons, then, call us today, and let us get you compensation.

We thank the Davis Administration for their effort to ease the burdens from the backs of Bahamians, by way of the implementation of the Health Services Amendment Rules 2021. It is truly a New Day in The Bahamas.
Good morning Bahamas.
The government of the Bahamas promised corruption legislation in its first 100 days. Today we at BACA Bahamas have released a document to the government, media, and the law enforcement agencies on the corruption level within our law enforcement agencies. We included not only the problem, but solutions as well. We will see what the government response will be.

You can say what you want, the truth of the matter is that Dorian neither The Pandemic caused our country to be this way, so please stop with the foolishness. Dorian relief had millions of dollars in financial aid and resources poured into it. The Pandemic is another story.
What happened to all of this money including the public purse? Samaritan's purse suppose to have been assisting so great as the Prime Minister praise them for. Where are they now?
1.4 Million donated for anti-Corruption, where did that money go?
250 Million borrowed from one bank, and millions from others, where is this money?
Man there has to be some accountability. I read parts of the budget and it is empty. Empty as can be. So many of the numbers are still the same for the past few years, so what's going on? Investigative journalist should be on these politicians tales because there is no guards to guard the guardians.
The Bahamas needs some offices to be established such as:
Independent Public Protector
Independent Policing Oversight Commission
Constitutional Court
Etc.
We need a change in this country quickly.
The present government of the Bahamas is causing the citizens of this country to act in contravention of the Constitution. Why are they allowing business to discriminate against non-vaccinated person? They are doing this by putting restrictions in their businesses that say "all employee mist be vaccinated" or "non-vaccinated person's can't enter businesses". Instead of this, the government should be pushing the protocols, and using the "Covid Officers" to make sure businesses are adhering to those protocols.
You know what's so funny. Homosexuals that feel they are being violated when businesses refuse to do business with them can go to the courts, file a motion, and win on the grounds of discrimination. It would be interesting to see what would happen if a government worker, or a regular non-vaccinated citizen go to the court with a case of discrimination, on the grounds that they were discriminated against because they did not take the vaccine? Then again, if the Public Emergency Bill 2021 is passed, then the Bill makes provision for the courts to act against the Constitution as well. Bahamians need to get in the habit of reading.
We really have to be careful how we push the agendas of others. We can surely recall when the PM made a statement in the HOA to this effect, "people must understand that sometimes the government will have to take unconstitutional [go against the Constitution] measures for the greater benefit of the majority.
Our company will release a report on the alternative measures against the obvious and blatant attack on persons that choose not to be vaccinated.
Good morning all. We saw an interesting piece this morning in The Official Nassau Guardian Ltd. (1844) on Public procurement in The Bahamas: The Antiquities, Monuments and Museums Corporation ‘deal’. A few months ago we were directed to a posting by . It interesting to see how this is unfolding. Governments must be mindful that the media and certain Authority, Commissions, and Committees are there to act as their "rod and staff".
We at B.A.C.A Bahamas see this move by the government [The Antiquities and Museum Corp. deal] before the bill [Public Procurement Bill] is enacted, is a serious and bold move, given the facts and allegations surrounding the mentioned deal. We can't be cherry picking which deal should follow the law and what shouldn't. We must ensure that the public trust is kept and maintained. We must also ensure that transparency is the order of the day. Given the last report from the United States [Corruption Report - Bahamas], one would think that the Prime Minister would ensure that his cabinet steer away from these sorts of practices that leave his administration open for serious jabs.
We advise the PM to abandon this deal until the Procurement Bill has been enacted, and then revisit the existing Antiquities deal, with an effort to make the contract bidding open to all, so that the process can be seen as clean, clear, and precise.
Our website is down at the moment. Please standby as we work on this issue.
It is sad what is happening in the insurance industry. Insurance is there to pay the insurance for you in cases of accidental or incidental situations. If you go and take a vaccine at your own free will [knowing the risk] then you have placed yourself in danger. So, if you get sick or die as a result of the vaccine, the insurance company is not obligated to pay you because it was not an accident, or an incidental death. They would see both situations as intentional.
Do not take that vaccine.
Do you have a complaint about any law enforcement agency that needs attention? Feel free to contact us at 810-6402.
We will need a more stronger plan for our health workers in this country we call the Bahamas. Read our assessment report of the government's proposal of the Public Health Emergency Preparedness and Management Bill, 2021. You will surprised at what we found within the bill and what we recommended to the government?

The Bahamas has seen governments come and go without any plans of strengthening our ability to deal with natural disasters. What is our plan Mr. PM?
Its a new day.
