We had another setback but not enough to stop the motion.
Update

Last month I found myself in a car accident. I was lucky to not suffer any major injuries, just minor shoulder pain from the seat belt.
This is life, and some things we can not predict or change.
But that will not stop this show.. There are plenty of pretenders coming out of the woodwork in our absence, not knowing we're just upgrading.
Stay tuned.. the heat is about to be released very soon.

A short update:

While we were on hiatus were perfecting our hotsauce based on feedback from clients. We upgraded to new labels and also improved in the recipe.
Along with the hotsauce trials. We were secretly working on a new species of hot peppers of our own and was successful. The Peach Ghost Scorpion is a variant of trinidad scorpion/ ghost pepper that we've just collected seeds from the first fruits and are looking to expand the variety.
We have been working on acquiring new land to expand our output and have been successful in that search.
We hope that this year all of our quiet works will prove successful and ensure the quality of products that we intend to provide..

I know we leave for periods of time without saying anything.. But it's only because we have greater things in store...

Don't believe our sauce is hot..

They're finally here!! We're proud to introduce our first TWO new sauces.
Both fermented for 2 weeks to bring out the total heat and flavor in each ingredient used..
Each sauce is bottled in a 5 oz bottle but becareful! Use a little at a time because these are hot!!

We want each sauce to be manageable and easy to use along with foods. So we didnt want to run out with the heat. But still be careful...

We are right now working on getting into the farmers market on Gladstone road while fulfilling our promise of expanding our products.
