Because we're as committed to your success as you are, we don't take on any projects we don't believe we can catapult to success. So far our clients seem to appreciate that approach.

We've found that most of the prospects who come to us with that level of urgency reeeaaalllly shouldn't be so gung-ho about jumping into their projects.
We had a returning client come to us for another round of videos for a project we produced for her because she came to us with the same level of urgency the first time. Back then we were happy to have a paying client who seemed to know what she wanted...but as time went on after we'd handed over the final files, we realized maybe that wasn't actually the case.
We believe that every project our clients invest with us to produce should net them a return on their investment, so when this client came to us for round 2 of content without changing a single thing from round 1, we pumped the breaks to see if we could share with her some of the clarity we had gained since she last met us.
It didn't work, and because we don't believe in wasting our client's time, money or trust currency, we had to walk away from the project.
