The employer registration is mandatory, which you can do using the above link at Foreign Workers Management System (FWMS). You must register as an employer using your CID number, which will be useful for renewal, transfer and checking exit.

Applying is simple! Just designate/select Lhamo FRWA for further processing on the FWMS (if you start the application yourself), or send us a signed undertaking letter along with your details, and we'll take care of the rest.

The Immigration Department will first vet the application. They check who's eligible to enter the country. Once done, the application is pushed to the Labour Department, which would decide number of FWs, occupation and sector to approve. Once done, the e-permit is issued.
