II ~SPIRITUALITY~ II

Spirituality plays a very important role in today’s modern world of materialism. Life has become very restless and strenuous. We are always in a rush to achieve our needs and this never ends. The quest to have more and more in life never satisfies our desire. Our desire knows no bounds and even after getting the things that we want, it goes on and on which is why we are not happy and satisfied with our life. We tend to compare our life with others thinking that the grass is always greener on the other side. Life of others always fascinates us and we think that the other person is more successful and happier than us. So, we stretch ourselves to excel in every sphere of life. In this process, life becomes so hectic that sometimes it takes a toll on our health, physically and mentally. Sometimes one might even fall into depression being unable to cope up with the situation. However, if a person is spiritual, one can keep all these things at bay. We can handle adversities in life with calmness and positivity.

Spirituality leads us towards the supreme divine power which guides us in every possible way to overcome the sorrows and shortcomings of life. It enriches our soul and provides our life a meaningful purpose. In today’s world, spirituality is very much needed to have a healthy and peaceful life. If one is healthy in mind, the positivity spreads from home to the society and thus wider to the world.

Spirituality is perceived by the majority to be attained in old age, but actually it is not so. One can be spiritual from an early age. Spirituality helps in instilling values like love, kindness, oneness, gratefulness and infuses abundant positivity in young minds. This helps them to face the struggles and hardships in life gracefully with no qualms, inspiring others as well. Hence, being spiritual is an art of living and to live ‘being spiritual’ is the key to a happier and blissful life.

(WHERE SCIENCE ENDS SPIRITUALITY BEGINS)

Nobody can deny the fact that the entire universe has been made according to a cosmic plan. You see a small cell with a nucleus surrounded by protoplasm. Scientists are still searching for the place in that cell where life comes from. It is a puzzle, which remains unsolved. You can duplicate natural phenomena; you can take a chemical equation and copy it. You cannot manufacture iron. You can mine iron ore, turn it into iron sheets and turn the iron into machines but you cannot create iron. Even if you do, you are only adding protons; you are copying Nature, copying God.

When a plant grows from a seed, it produces flowers and more seeds. The kind of seed planted determines the kind of plant you will get. Did you ever wonder what that power in the seed is which imprints certain traits, which determines what kind of flowers will be produced? What is that power within us, the germ of life within us, which causes a child to resemble its parents?
Research and scientific discoveries have increased man’s lifespan. In spite of all this, man is not content. Science has attempted to prolong man’s life, but when his time is up, he dies. Death is something that happens to everyone, and so far, science has not been able to rescue anyone from the jaws of death. So much research has been done and powerful medicines have been manufactured; still, there are many diseases for which there are no medicines. In the early stages, cancer can be cured, but as it advances, it becomes incurable. As fast as medicines are discovered, new diseases crop up.

Whenever science tries to give some explanation, another question is formed. Many drugs and medicines have been produced. We have solved many problems of many diseases, but even then, we find that more diseases have come into existence. There are not enough medicines to completely cure people from all the diseases in the world. So, where all this materialism ends, the spirituality of the sages, saints and sadhus begins.🤗

🇧🇹 LOCKDOWN -II 🇧🇹

☑️We have been happy about the freedom of safety in the last few months. Now this is the time to make differences to resolve the outbreak in our small ways. What can we do?

1. UPDATE-Keep update on relevant news, particularly don’t miss Mijey Lyonchhen and Sowai Lyonpo’s live telecast. There is more hope and inspiration, and clarity of message during the live telecast. Make everyone at home watch and listen.

3. READ-Read well all messages and files shared via SMG to have clarity of direction. Share to everyone if message is valid. Do not share information, messages, pictures, videos, files, without checking it’s source and validity.

4. TEST-Get your self Tested if you have visited Thimphu on or after 7th December. This is being Bhutanese at heart, to get tested for the welfare of the nation. Be honest.

5. STAY- As much as possible, Remain indoors, Wear mask, Wash hands, prevent physical contact even within a family and stay informed.

6. REGISTER- If traveling or visiting town, use Druk Trace and get registered voluntarily. No one needs to tell you about how important it is for everyone as much as it is for yourself.

7. REFRAIN -Please refrain from harassing patients and their beloved families.

This is a small awareness on our part for all of us. Everything we do to heighten the safety, in every small ways, will make a big difference for everyone. Safe others to safe yourself 🙏🏼

✍️Children are born as pure and positive souls but as they grow they get entangled in this illusionary world. So it is very important that before they get completely trapped in worldly affairs, their quest for soul awakening is also strengthened. This is not an automatic biological function which happens on its own.
The foundation lies in the hands of parents and the environment created around them because the child’s image of God is his relational experience with Him. It is this relationship that influences how they imagine, trust and relate to God, so parents play a powerful role in the child’s spiritual development. Spiritual beliefs inculcated in a child guides them throughout their life and help them to cope with their upcoming life experiences.
Practices that inculcate spiritual values should be incorporated into daily home routine by which they become an integral part of emotional as well as overall development of a child. Narrating stories from mythology, listening to spiritual discourses or Satsang, seeing their parents meditating, offering services to saints and Guru automatically instil good habits, faith and love towards God. This is an integral stepping stone towards the quest for self realisation in the child.
Let us play a positive part in helping children achieve their balanced growth both in the material and spiritual worlds.

✍️ Your real self may be hiding somewhere, look for it within, when you find yourself, you can freely be what you want to be.

✍️Strength is life, weakness is death : Strength is felicity, life is eternal, immortal! Weakness is constant strain and misery. Weakness is death. Be positive, strong, helpful thoughts should enter into your brain from the very childhood. 😴

There is no sin, but only errors: and greatest error is to say that you are weak, that you are a sinner, a miserable creature and that you have no power and we cannot do this or that. Sin depends on your intention.🤗

Billions of years ago, you were a big bang, but now you're a complicated human being. And then we cut ourselves off, and don't feel that we're still the big bang. But you are. Depends how you define yourself. You are actually--if this is the way things started, if there was a big bang in the beginning-- you're not something that's a result of the big bang. You're not something that is a sort of puppet on the end of the process. You are still the process. You are the big bang, the original force of the universe, coming on as whoever you are. When I meet you, I see not just what you define yourself as--Mr so-and- so, Ms so-and-so, Mrs so-and-so--I see every one of you as the primordial energy of the universe coming on at me in this particular way. I know I'm that, too. But we've learned to define ourselves as separate from it.

Guru is said to be the highest manifestation of the Supreme Authority. He is said to be a manifestation of the Supreme One. He is the potential manifestation of the kinetic energy in the cosmos.

What is kinetic energy- the energy in motion, the energy which has no position. When a body is said to be acquiring kinetic energy , which we study in science. Similarly, when the ultimate energy is latent, it is said to be absolute and also in the kinetic from. But in the kinetic form, we cannot comprehend it. When that kinetic energy takes a potential form, it takes a position- that positioned form is called the "Guru". (Gu= Darkness, Ru=Light)

For instance, take a coin and hold it just above the earth. When you leave that coin, it will fall towards the earth due to gravity. That falling is due to the kinetic energy. When that coin simply rests on the earth, it remains stationary there, and then that coin is said to be acquiring potential energy because it holds a position.

Similarly, that omnipresent Supreme Authority is within us also. When that Supreme Authority takes a manifestation, that manifestation is called a potent manifestation with all its potential powers and is called "Guru".

On the auspicious occasion, Birth Anniversary of our Spiritual Master, we the entire family of DMC would like to extend our sincere wishes, seek utmost devotion and blessings. ✍️Gratitude is about being thankful for all the blessings you have in life. We are blessed in so many ways that every moment we have a reason to be thankful for.

There is always a desire for something more in life. We ask the universe to grant our never ending wishes. When those wishes are not fulfilled, we complain about our life, become unhappy and see no worth in us but if our desires are fulfilled, instead of being thankful, many just move on to ask for more. Unless we learn to appreciate what we have, we we never be happy and satisfied. The very reason of being alive this moment is something to be grateful about.

Be thankful for what you have. When we appreciate what we have, we don’t feel the lack as much.

✍️Everything real comes through the heart. When it is truly opened, everything secondary falls away- egoic glory, fame and fortune, substitute gratifications. The heart doesn’t care about such things. It doesn’t hold it against you if you don’t own your own home, achieve your goals, have a perfect body. The heart doesn’t care what you have earned or accumulated. No matter our seeming differences, we are all the same when the heart gate opens. Deep feeling levels the playing field. Love is the great equalizer.

✍️What I am is a vibration. Everybody in this universe is a vibration. The common factor, the primordial vibration is that WORD, that cosmic vibration which vibrates everything in this universe.

It is like a guitar. One string vibrates and the entire guitar begins to vibrate in resonance. If we strike a tuning fork, the fork vibrates and if we place it on a table, then the table will vibrate at the same frequency as the fork.

In the same way, that SELF in everybody, that Supreme SOUL in everybody, is vibrating and the manifestation of that vibration is Truth, consciousness and Bliss. When you know Truth and are conscious of Truth, then that consciousness of Truth results in Bliss.
