We would like to thank all the participants. The entries were creative and well thought out. As a panel, we were impressed with the entries.

Overview:
College of Science and Technology, Counseling and Support Group (CSG) is looking for a logo that will identify the group and the services offered. Hence, we are announcing a competition for designing logos. The winning entry will be used on the CSG page, letterheads, posters, souvenirs or anywhere else CSG chooses.
By entering this competition, participant will be bound by the contest regulations. Violation of any rule will disqualify a submission. CSG reserves the right to disqualify any submission at its sole discretion.

Eligibility
1. The contest is open only to College of Science and Technology students.
2. Contestants are permitted to work in groups but only one prize will be awarded per submission regardless of the size of the group.

Submission Guidelines:
1. Contest is open from the time of the publication of this post and closes at 11:59 PM July 14th, 2020. Late submissions will not be considered. CSG will select the winning entry after it goes through the submissions as a panel. The winning entry will be posted on the CSG page on July 23rd, 2020 (Foundation day of CSG) and the winner will receive a prize of Nu. 3000/-.
2. All entries must be submitted electronically to CSG at [email protected]. Entries must be accompanied by full name(s) of the creator(s), email addresses and contact numbers. Creator(s) can submit more than one entry.

Design Guidelines:
The winning entry will be used as a logo to represent CSG. Hence, it must highlight the values and services we offer. CSG offers support to aggrieved individuals, identify trends and come up with recommendations to alter current issues for the better. CSG also offers counseling to those who seek it and reaches out in an effort to provide support to individuals who seek it.

The logo should incorporate the CSG name (abbreviation or in full) and should be appropriate to be used in a professional setting.
Entries must be submitted as JPEG files along with Vector Graphic Format (EPS) files and the logo must be easy to use, handle, resize and/or manipulate for reproduction. It should be appealing on shrinking/enlarging.

Intellectual Property:
1. Entries must be original, not copied from others or from previous designs (including their own) and must not violate the intellectual property rights.
2. Submissions become the sole property of CSG.
3. CSG will have the right to adapt, edit, modify the winning entry in part or entirety in whatever manner it deems appropriate.
4. If the winning entry violates any rules, the creator must forfeit or return the prize even if the violation of rules is found after the awarding of prize.
