We have put together a line up of energetic and experienced instructors 🔥 so we invite you all to come and have fun with us.

We're back like we've never left and it is so good to enter another year of fitness, the way 💪💥

Its a brand new year and we're full of anticipation about the year ahead. 😁 As is our standard, our year will be one of Fun, Fitness, Dedication and Passion. 🏋🏋‍♀️🤸💪we're also looking forward to announcing news on exciting developments from our Fitness Club as we continue to grow.

This morning we joined Riverwalk Mall to commemorate World AIDS Day and the 2023 theme being “Let communities lead “👫👫

"The world can end AIDS with communities leading the way. That is why the theme for World AIDS Day this year is ‘Let communities lead’, and much more than a celebration of the achievements of communities, it is a call to action to enable and support communities in their leadership roles," the global health body stated. 🎗🎗🏥

We had a walk in the morning, finished it off with a great Aerobics session🤸🏻‍♀️🤸🏻‍♀️. We would like to thank National AIDS & Health Promotion Agency , Indaba Lodge, Gaborone, Furnmart Botswana, Afritec for making our day a success 🙏🏻🤝
