The Online Tax Amnesty Notification Form- is to be completed upon full payment of the Principal Tax owed for the interest and/or penalties to be remitted.

The annual return filing season is from February to November, therefore companies registered in November and December (prior to 2020) must file their returns this month.

Only 4 days left for companies whose annual returns were due between March and September to pay their annual returns without a late payment penalty and request restoration.
NB. This payment cannot be done on the system. Please pay directly into the C**A bank account at an FNB ATM or using online banking. Use your existing OBRS account as the reference, or request one at [email protected]. Send proof of payment and the company to be restored to [email protected].

Deadline 31st October 2020.

Companies removed from the register due to overdue annual returns can restore by paying the annual return fee without a late payment penalty before 31st October 2020. Please pay by online banking or deposit at FNB ATMs. Please use your existing OBRS deposit account number as the reference or request a new deposit account number at [email protected].
