The Eco Wash mobile dispensing

A small, compact piece of equipment that can wash and polish a car using only 1 litre of water. A conventional car wash consumes about 250 L of water.
This equipment is used in South Africa by most major car brands. It is also used extensively at Malls, Office Parks, and Golf Clubs etc. It offers convenience to tenants and patrons of having their cars washed and polished whilst at work.

How It Works

A biodegradable cleansing formula containing a mix of ingredients including wetting, cleaning agents and wax is sprayed onto the vehicle in the form of a light mist. Dirt is lifted hydrostatically and encapsulated into the wax upon contact. The encapsulated dirt is then removed using a damp microfibre cloth. Stubborn marks are removed with a heavy duty cleaner. A thin wax layer remains, which is buffed with a secondary, dry microfibre cloth to create the shine on the vehicle. In some instances the Eco-Wash system operates in conventional car parks, moving from one car to the next and at other sites, a full wash bay set up exists, however without the need for drains and separation tanks.

Normally car washers are not allowed to wash in busy parking areas as they make too much mess. With Eco wash this is no longer an issue.

The equipment with all products and consumables necessary to wash and polish a car, shine the windows, clean and shine the rims and tyres. All products are biodegradeable to the Highest European Standard.

No longer will the youth be banished to second rate car wash facilities. They will have access to this state of the art equipment. The significant thing is that during the wash process not a drop of water falls on the floor. Cars can therefore be wash and polished where they are parked without the need to move them to a wash bay. The project is aimed at three things:

1. Enterprise Development
2. Water Savings
3. Convenience to customers of having their cars washed and polished where they are parked.
