SHOE QUALITY STANDARD

1. Original/Authentic Quality - These are the shoes designed and manufacturered according to the designer's specifications, standard and material/fabric. This is the highest quality and it's expensive. Every small detail when manufacturering is considered and any small deviation renders that pair a damage or unauthentic. These are worn by those who want to wear original quality at all the costs.

2. Unauthorized Authentic - These are made of the same materials as the original. They are manufactured by the same company making originals. These are damages, or those which do not meet the standard wanted by the designers. They failed quality checks. Some are called unauthorized authentic because they were excesses. e.g. May be 50000 pairs are supposed to be made. Then the manufacturers produced 20000 more so that in case there are damages they can replace with the ones from the 20k extra. That's why they are called Unauthorized Authentic. They are also expensive but less than the originals.

3. 1:1 replicas (high Quality) - These are made by unauthorized companies which replicate the originals. They use materials exactly like the originals, or almost like the originals, but they do it by stealth. These manufacturers don't have copyrights from the brand owners. It's not always easy to differentiate them from the originals. They do all they can to make them like, or look like the originals. They can be 2, 3 to 4 times cheaper than the originals. These are for those who want original quality but they cannot afford to buy the original.

4. Ordinary Quality - These are lower than 1:1 replicas in many ways. They are not always easy to spot. But to those who have tasted the originals they can easily spot. If the originals are made of leather, these ones are made of synthetic/man-made leather. The look may be deceiving, but the fabric is lower than those of the originals. They can be more decorated. The material, the stitching and other details are poorer and they are cheaper than the 1:1.

5. Lower/Poor quality - These are the lowest, poorest and cheapest. The material is very poor all around.
