In the heat of the game, it’s inevitable to find yourself in a ‘red head’ state – that moment when stress, frustration, and pressure mount, clouding your judgment. It’s a natural part of competition and challenge. But the real game-changer? Recognising when you’re in that red headed state and consciously bringing yourself back to ‘blue head’ – a state of calm, clarity, where you’re fully present and focused on the task at hand.

It’s not about avoiding the red moments; it’s about how quickly and effectively you can return to blue, regaining control over your thoughts and actions. This concept doesn’t just apply to sports; it’s a powerful tool for navigating the ups and downs of daily life.
