“People are trapped in history and history is trapped in them.” As a afrocentric community being descendants of African ancestry, we are collectively victims of Racism and Mental slavery. Currently, with the global cry against racism and the need for a movement of mental emancipation, I’ve created a line (My Roots) encompassing some key Belizeans, African Americans/South Africans & Jamaican who through history have sparked the thoughts of liberating minds. As we move forward triumphantly it’s important to NEVER FORGET YOUR ROOTS.
