All our Aire tent camper beds are easily rated for 600 lbs.

- Pole support brackets are welded to the frame all around the bracket. No screws.
- 1/4" stainless steel push pin that holds firmly the pole in the bracket.
- 6" lanyards are secured to the support pole by an aluminum rivet. Stops the push pins from walking away 😁
- 1" aluminum square tube support pole
- Support bracket on the bed is secured using two 3/16" wide head stainless steel rivets. Why stainless steel rivet in lieu of aluminum rivets? The stainless steel rivets have over X5 pull and hold strength! Guarantees no rivet failure. 💪

Every aspect has been designed with purpose.

Wait?.. NO LEAF SPRING axle? That's right! Low quality, stiff and bouncy spring axles are very common on small camping trailers. I bet you've seen those bouncy "jumpin kangaroo" small trailers towing down the road. Small bumps, holes and inconsistencies on the road can cause excessive bouncing for spring axles. Stiff spring suspension cause more stress and vibration on the trailer frame and box - leading to failure of welds, screws and the dreadful staples we see too much of among RV construction 🤪.

Last day in Arkansas! A lot of fun, and beautiful fall weather. Swimming in November yesterday 😜. Alot to do and see, just 20 minutes north in Branson, Missouri . Our crazy little buddy under the awning. Our love the whole experience.

Hello Arkansas! 3 long days. 1100 miles. 1000 bathroom breaks. 2 very cold nights❄️, so thankful for our furnace ( must have! 🔥). 2 excited kids loving every moment. 1 really loud heavy truck blew his BIG air horn while driving down the interstate. (Kids loved it, they tried to get every truck to honk after that). 1 wrong exit into a major city 👍. 5 songs on repeat. 1 amazingly patient Mom. 1 dad ready for a long nap 😜

Towing the trailer with our car was a breeze! Trailer tracks well behind the car, no sway issues and great contro. The car was in control of the trailer, not the trailer controlling the car. 😆. Got 7.3 L/100km on avg. That's about 32.2 us mpg. No struggles pulling uphill while maintaining cruise control speed.

At the border, the officer question the trailer weight, then walk around the trailer. He asked how it towed, I said "it tows really well." The officer looked at the vin tag and said "i thought it was heavier." I explained its all aluminum and the weight on the tag is real. He was surprised! He said "ok, that makes sense." Then after a few more questions about us, off we went. 😜

Both nights we parked in a campground... Of course, week we're the only popup camper. 😆 Immediately, we turned the furnace on full heat. It warmed up very quickly. You could easily notice a comfortable difference between outside and inside the tent. It recieved my wife's approval 👍 the furnace ran steady both nights on x1, 20 # LP bottle. Ran out of propane after the 2nd night. 2 nights of furnace use constant off one full tank. With the furnace running heavy, there was a little condensation built up on the ceiling, it was a very little amount - wiped it up before packing up. Of course that has stirred up a conversation of an insulated tent roof material, definitely a must have available option. 👍

First night, the propane cooktop inside was a huge benefit. It took care of our need for flavoured hot chocolate. 👍

In the mornings, I brushed the leaves off the tent and packed the camper when the fabric was a little wet. Now that we're stopped for a few days it's open and dry. Because the tent is vinyl, it does not take long to dry. It does not absorb water.

Bonus! When you arrive late at the campground, it's nice to leave the car hooked to the trailer and be able to open completely without disconnecting. The front bed easily cleared the car trunk door, allowing it to open fully.

This year, our team really wanted to focus on adding new options to the Aire tent campers. Since the beginning, our desire has been to offer a variety of cargo management options such as roof racks and a rear cargo hitch. Proper aluminum framing has been in place since day one, and every camper built had the same backers and structural framework in place to accommodate adding the cargo options later on to existing campers. That's right... You don't have to order a new camper to add the cargo hitch or the roof racks. It can easily be done to your existing campers. If you don't already own a VIDA Aire tent camper, then what are you waiting for ?😁

The Pullout Propane Griddle and propane package for the Aire60 have been a popular request by owners. As you know, we do listen and p**f the pullout LP griddle with 18" cast iron plate was engineering to fit under the benches, mounted to an ALUMINUM tray on locking ball bearing slides. The Aire60 Base LP package was necessary to ensure the griddle option would work on the Aire60, so we've moved the axle back along with the battery to the rear of the camper while maintaining an acceptable tongue weight for smaller cars - that's important!

You'll notice a few more NEW options and standard features on the 2024 which we believe improve the overall concept and reliability of the campers.
