Always enjoy working at big chutes marina. The view, the people, the ice cream stand. Always a good time. We were there to paint the marina house where Big Chutes has its convenience store and does intakes for the marina. Here is the before video of the front side.

We've been working closely with our friendly landowner client for her properties in Stayner. The classic brick and Mortar paint job was done back in the 90's. With the scaling and falling apart of Bricks and the chipping paint radiant to the windows, weve opted to seal the failed bricks and wood, and to flow into a fresh coat of C2 Direct to Substrate paint to inhibit the decay of the bricks and prepare it for a lucky new home owner.
