While visiting a clients 🏡 today to install a cold water line for a future pot filler🚰, we had to shut off the main water supply to make our connections. While in there mechanical room we discovered a leak 💧they did not know they had on their 3/4” mainline just after the water meter.
Luckily we spotted 🧐it and informed the homeowner😱. We made the repair and saved them a potential flood 💦that would have damaged a recently renovated basement!
Close call…!!!!
