I recently did an order for ballet bags and used up the rest of my fabric to make 2 more, selling them for $16 each, contact me if interested :)

Wow, it has been a while since my last post! My sewing machine has had an extended hibernation since I returned to work full time in January. A couple of weeks off has allowed some time for us to bond once again and remind me how much I love to sew!

Happy New Year! My sewing machine had a rest over the holidays but here are a couple of gifts I made - a cupcake tote and a ballet kit bag. This week's project is a long overdue patchwork quilt for my daughter.

Finally back in Montreal after a longer-than-planned trip to the UK! For that reason I will extend the Christmas order deadline until Sun 1st Dec. In the meantime stay tuned for some ready-to-buy Christmassy items I was working on whilst away...

Wow wee! Orders for aprons have been coming in thick and fast this week! I am now fully booked until the end of the month, thank you so much! Happy Thanksgiving! I hope you have had a wonderful long weekend enjoying the (mostly) wonderful weather! I'd like to say a big Thank You to you all for liking and following my page :)

Sewing was put on the back-burner while my Grandma was visiting but she kindly helped me out with this as a birthday gift for my Niece... She also gave me a few helpful sewing tips and tricks of the trade... Hooray for Grandmothers! :)

Hooray! Got my new fabric to make some kids baking aprons. Tomorrow's job is to make one for my niece's birthday :)

My sewing machine had a rest last week whilst I re-painted the bathroom, but I just finished my latest project - a gift for a friend's new baby.
