June is Men’s Health Month and at Allstate Canada, we are raising awareness on the importance of putting your health and wellbeing first.

Research suggests that men tend to put less of a focus on their health and wellbeing than women. They see the doctor less frequently and are less engaged in preventative health behaviours. This month of awareness is a great time for men to slow down and reflect on their physical and mental health.
