We close out 2022 with the completion of our large project that has been keeping us so busy the past several months. We are proud to show you this beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment coming in at a whopping 2100+ square feet located in Blenheim. The owner had a vision for the space that turned out awesome! As a mostly one woman show we couldn’t have done it without a ton of other awesome people along the way ! A big thank you to Maintenace One for their great plumbing work, Hope Homes for helping us hang a staggering 7000+ sqft of drywall (they always step up and get the big heavy jobs done!), and CBSP Finishing for completing the taping and painting (they stuck it out with us to the very last minute helping with final cleaning and touch ups !). Thank you to Ridgetown TimberMart for material supply!
Our family deserves a huge thank you as well, my in laws made multiple trips down to lend a hand and always made sure they got at least one solid meal into me before they left. My husband made sure I was fed, had clean clothes, was always there to pick me up when I got beat down, and lended a hand whenever needed. My parents, niece, nephew, sister and brother in law have seen very very little of me for a long time and we thank them for understanding ! This project was challenging and took a team effort but everyone on the team worked hard and genuinely cared which resulted in a beautiful space for the future tenant ! Applications are now being accepted for rental, contact us for details ! We will be taking some much needed time off for a while while we regroup, get caught up with loved ones and focus on some big changes for 2023. Happy New Year !
