7 Day Riot
7 Day Riot is: Aaron, Jeffy, Bubba & Gerry. Formed in 2018 from Bowmanville
As we approach the new year and step into the unknown for 2024 I'd like to wish a happiest of Xmas to all that surrounded me with the support of being there both personally and musically. Our band 7 Day Riot, had the absolute pleasure to work with some of the most awesome bands and people in the local music scene.
First, I'd like to thank the venues THE ATRIA, Vertagogo , The Imperial Bar, Historic Red Dog, and the Bobby Cousins Jackie Johnson Cousins backyard stage for allowing us to grace the stage and blasting away!
Second the bands, this list will be long:

I'd personally like to wish the best for the man behind the board at the Atria Shayne Thomas for being a mentor, a sounding board but also a family member. I wouldn't be where I am today if not for your guidence on and off the stage.
To all the bar staff that put up with our antics when we arrive at the venue and stay to the bitter end. Thank you and keep the drinks cold and coming!!
Last but not least, to our family and extended family!! As those who follow us close, they can attest, if you come to a 7 Day Riot show, you will immediately become and are family!! We have a big family and it will grow in 2024!!!
Finally to our better halfs for having to drive, lug gear, late night gigs and cooking Sunday dinners for our jams and concerts. Thank you thank you thank you for the hours of listening to the good and bad!
We wish you and your family the best for the end of 2023 and for 2024! Keep on rocking in the free world and we will catch you on the flipside.

We would like to thank everyone a very merry Christmas and a happiest of holidays this month!! As we turn the page on another year, new beginnings and the search for a new member. We would like to thank Bubba for his years of service. He hit them hard since 2017. Lots of shows, tons of laughs and a rock behind the kit. That being said our search will start Jan 1 2024. Calling all drummers, if you wanna be part of an established band in the local scene. Message us!! Thank you again!!!

Dec 8th, we will be playing our last show of the year. We have nothing booked for the next 3 months. We've got The Konspiracy, Superchucker, Epitaph and we 7 Day Riot. Tickets are $10 for the night. Doors at 9pm see ya there!!!

Casualties of being a percussive rythum guitar player. Never break the high e, b or g-string. Always the low fu***ng E string. This bad boy was tuned half step down and dropped to C #. .62 Guage string. If you watch the video from the Vertagogo, you can see me rip it off the guitar with a f**k 5 songs in.

We wanna thank all those who came out to the Vertagogo for Retro 90s night. Thank you to The Big Heavy and Dial Up the 90’s for sharing the stage with us. Also would like to thank Dennis Lightheart for having us out and supplying pretty much the entire back line!! Till we all meet again.....stay frosty!!

Wanna thank everyone that came out tonight and had a party!!! Tears of a Deity, Hollow Core, and Skeleton Lake, Thank you for keeping it moving all night! There was a Dead Silence sighting!!! Wishing these 2 the happiest of anniversary!! We love the support you folks give to all the bands and putting up with us blasting away during our concerts at the BobbyJax stage!! We love you guys with all our hearts!!!
This was recorded 1 month after Gerry joined the band. We might have to do a follow up and just see how much of a difference almost 2 years is! Anyone???

We wanna thank everyone that was ay the Historic Red Dog Saturday night. You were awesome. To the band Unprofessional you were very pro and look forward to seeing and hearing you again soon. Free Under Fire was amazing and once again never disappoint. Spund guy Dave was on cue all night, made us sound great. We have decided our CD release party kill happen sometime in November for Aaron's 50th bday party. Date and venue are yet to be determined but we have a couple things going on in that month!!
