It truly is a bitter sweet announcement. I have worked so hard over the last two years building a successful business in Ontario, a true passion to create what I love every single day, and I have been able to do that because of each and every one of YOU. Bath and Balance would not be where it is today without all of you continuing to support my business and myself over these years. Moving to Newfoundland is a dream, I am so very excited to have to opportunity to move to a more affordable community that also fills my soul with its nature. I am going to work on continuing this business as I move once I get settled into our new place.
Shipping from Newfoundland to Ontario should still be the same $16 for bath bombs and $11 for bracelets - So don’t worry, I’ll still be here for you if you choose to continue to support 💜 (I’ll love you forever)

Please know how much I love and appreciate everyone who has helped me get to where I am today, and for those who will continue to support me along this adventure, even if it’s liking and sharing and commenting.

I’m not one to show my face often (I’m pretty shy) but I actually got ready for once, and was finally feeling myself lol so here’s a long overdo introduction selfie!

My name is Aleesha for those who may not know! Hi and welcome all!! I’m not too sure what to say besides I am truly beyond grateful for everyone’s continued support and kind words throughout the last 2 years of business (2 years officially on instagram on January 27th). I love to create and you all allow me to explore my creativity on a daily basis and have so much fun with it💜

➡️ Music and nature feed my soul. I love to sing and am told “You’re pretty good actually” but I honestly think people are just too nice sometimes 😂

A little behind the scenes:

Crystals & gemstones have been part of my life for a very long time. They were a part of my healing journey with mental health, alongside my bath bomb journey, and have been a huge support through my every day life for the last few years. You know we’re all about taking care of your mental health and loving yourself here and I felt this was a great fit and something special to add to our line of healing.
I have been wanting to expand on the Balance aspect of , to bring a new style of healing to the table, but also still has me creating my passions💜

What are some of your New Years resolutions or goals for 2021?

A few of mine are ⤵️

➡️ Complete my daily journal for the full year, since it’s hella funny and inspiring to read back on 😜

➡️ Spend more time being patient and less harsh with myself since I love to create my own imaginary problems or situations 🙈 - unnecessary time waster.

➡️ Continue practicing self - care & self - love 💜 This can be trying new things, indulging in more baths, adding in a workout routine, educate myself, spending more time adventuring outdoors with my family, etc.

I am basically going to work hard, embrace life to the fullest, enjoy what I am capable of doing, and accept all there is to offer ✨

ALSO! As of the end of January 2021, it will be a year since I started up Bath and Balance on Instagram - and in March is when I officially begun selling my all natural healing products! 2020 has taught me a lot, but the one thing I learned most this year is the importance of self - care, and the power it holds over your mental health.
The less time you make for yourself to slow down, or do the things you love, the more stressed and overwhelmed you will eventually become... causing a spiral of negative energy you get caught up in.

Whatever version of self-care you may choose, it is so important to be there for yourself and make sure you’re taking the time for YOU and your happiness as well.
It’s hard, and sometimes makes you feel super guilty... This is because we hold onto fear of judgement or opinions of others.. Focus less about what others may think, and focus more on yourself because in the end you are the top priority in your own life- most of the time these people aren’t thinking twice about us or our feelings anyways (no offence). Be your own comfort, your own cheerleader, your own safety net!

In 2021 try to work on letting go of expectations, negative opinions, made up responsibilities (sometimes we hold onto things we feel responsible for but are most definitely not), guilt, fear , and embrace the things you love to do more often💜 The outcome is beautiful
