& trust me I don’t take it lightly at all how hard it can be for some people for some things I don’t take it lightly for personally example cause I will always speak honestly this is morning I was taking cold showers to try and combat my nerves, and pulled up saying I don’t know if can do this I don’t think type of thing is for me. I want to leave. But then I remind myself, stop thinking just start doing and it will all pass. I just tried to accepted the feeling of anxiousness instead of being scared of it. (Which I know is so hard 🤦🏻‍♀️)

But it did and I had such a fun time at my first market once we were all set up! So just go do all the things, feel sick before hand just accept the fact that you will be so nervous but also know it will pass & it’s just the anticipation.

Just do the things please you only get one life. 🫶🏻

Hello my friends!

I wanted a permanent spot on here to have an about me and my why. So here it is.

About me. I’m 34, married for 10 years to my literal best friend partner in life if you ever get to meet him he’s an absolute gem! & We have 2 girls Abby is turning 10 this summer & Hailey is 8 they are so funny and amazing I have always been a very creative person it’s a need for me really!

My why, Is very important to me of course I absolutely love creating but for me it’s so much more than that! I suffer from really bad anxiety and panic attacks which has been absolutely debilitating at times! It was to the point I had a hard time leaving the house at the beginning of 2021 but with working thru things it has gotten better but not to say I don’t still have a really hard time still at times but for me talking about it helps sooo much!

So for me personally creating helps my mind and talking about it and helping others helps me! So I have combined the 2 with Deep Breath Decor! I make art and in turn I put messages on the back that I hope help other people and I hope the pieces just in general are daily reminders for people to take a deep breath! I just want the art to be more than just another piece of art I want them to be a peaceful reminder for you personally. That is the goal & that is my why!

Also I am beyond an open book so I’m always here to talk if anyone ever needs/wants🙋🏻‍♀️
