The chin shadow is the area directly adjacent and lateral to our chin. Filler is placed in both chin and chin shadow areas together to allow the whole chin and jawline area to look seamless and polished, with smooth transitions so that filler is always undetectable and natural.

Filler into this area can reduce the shadowing, thereby giving a more airbrushed look to the lower face as well as supporting the mouth corners.
