Yummy! Who doesn't love a good crunchy granola? 🤤
INSTRUCTIONS⬇️
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, nuts and/or seeds, salt and cinnamon.
3. Pour in the oil, maple syrup and/or honey and vanilla. Mix well, until every oat and nut is coated. Pour granola onto your prepared pan and use a large spoon to spread it in an even layer.
4. Bake until lightly golden, about 21 to 24 minutes, stirring halfway (for extra-clumpy granola, press the stirred granola down with your spatula to create a more even layer). The granola will further crisp up as it cools.
5. Let the granola cool completely, undisturbed (at least 45 minutes). Top with the dried fruit (and optional chocolate chips, if using). Break the granola into pieces with your hands if you want to keep big chunks, or stir it with a spoon if you don’t want extra-clumpy granola.
6. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 1 to 2 weeks, or in a sealed freezer bag in the freezer for up to 3 months.
If you're going hard with your workouts, make sure you go hard with your rest and recovery!
This weekend, take some time for yourself to do something you enjoy that doesn't require a lot of energy.
For example, you could:

📚 catch up on your reading
💅 self care
🛋 watch a movie
🚶♀️go for a light walk in nature
😴 take a nap
You don't need to go hard with your workouts every day, and getting the right amount of rest will actually HELP you with your progress! Resting allows us to recover, reflect, catch up, and heal. 🤍

Consistency is the key to all.🔑
Whether you are being consistent with your goals or not, you are still consistent at something. Consistency creates discipline.
For example: you constantly skip your workouts or fall off your healthy eating. This doesn't mean you're failing. It just means you are consistent at NOT sticking to your goals. You are disciplining yourself to be a non-achiever.
You have the choice every day to choose what you want to be consistent with. Choose to be consistent with your goals.
The journey is never perfect. We all have bad days from time to time, but you get to choose if one bad mood or one off meal or one missed workout gets to dictate your day. Without you even knowing it, you choose to have off days consistently. It's all a mindset. 🧠
Today, choose to be consistent with your goals. One mood, one meal, and one workout at a time. Stop procrastinating and saying you'll start on Monday. Choose to start today.💫

These grab and go egg bites are amazing for busy mornings!
Instructions ⬇️
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2) Spray muffin tin generously with nonstick spray.
3) In a medium bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper to taste.
4) To each muffin slot, add about 1 tbsp of greens, tomatoes, bacon, and a sprinkle of cheese.
5) Pour over egg mixture to each slot, leaving little room at the top.
6) Bake egg bites for 20 minutes. If the top is not fully cooked, return to the oven cooking in 3-minute increments. Enjoy!
