All I have to say is could have done a better job with the TR PR Pathway Program...from advising clients they had to upload their own application, to releasing the guide 24 hours before portal launch...then the payment portal crashing for at least five hours...ridiculous as you now have applicants who made mistakes that would have been caught had this been planned more efficiently.
