We're writing to inform you that due to the ongoing increased cost of raw food products and the difficulty in procuring many of the fresh ingredients used to make our food items, we are increasing the price of few items ever so slightly. Our Menu card has been updated to reflect the changes.

We understand that price increase is never ideal and have worked hard to avoid one until now. The increase will only affect few items and is effective immediately. We will continue to be transparent with our prices and maintain the highest quality and freshness of our foods that you have come to love.

Introducing another popular street food from Gujarat and Maharashtra

This Indian street snack is right up there in popularity and taste next to Pani Puri.
We make it all the time in our home... Sometimes we just end up having it as our dinner. It's that damn good.

Dahi Vada (Bhalla)

A very popular snack originating from the Indian subcontinent. It can be had as a simple snack or a full meal.
Deep fried fritters (Vada) are soaked in yogurt (Dahi) and garnished with various things such as black pepper, black salt, cumin powder, sweet chutney, coriander, tempered mustard seeds etc. Different regions in the subcontinent have variations of garnishes.

Bhakarwadi
It's a very popular snack item in Gujarat and Maharashtra.
Traditionally, it is deep fried but we've made it little healthier by baking ours.
There's a meadley of flavours in Bhakarwadi. It is subtly sweet with the musky warm flavor of the coconut and sesame seeds. There's little tanginess with the spice for the additional kick. Slightly crunchy with perfect amount of softness. It pairs really nicely with hot cup of chai or munch on it just on it's own.

You won't have to worry about stopping the count when you get Pani Puri from Siya's Kitchen.

BATATA VADA
A very popular snack from the streets of Gujarat and Maharashtra.

You'll have a ball of a time eating this perfect masaledar mashed potato patty coated with chick pea flour batter that is deep fried.
